Challenge:

The business was running Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ads but experiencing event loss, inaccurate conversion data, and poor campaign optimization due to browser tracking limitations, ad blockers, and iOS privacy updates. Meta Pixel alone was not capturing enough reliable data to optimize campaigns effectively.
