Terms & Conditions:

1. Services:
   All services offered are based on the scope agreed upon. Deliverables and timelines will be communicated clearly before starting the project.
2. Payment
   Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule. Work may not commence until initial payment or deposit is received.
3. Revisions
   Revisions are included as per the project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed number may incur extra charges.
4. Confidentiality
   All client data and project details are confidential and will not be shared with third parties.
5. Intellectual Property
   Upon full payment, the client owns the final deliverables. I retain the right to showcase the work in my portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
6. Cancellation & Refunds
   Projects can be canceled by either party with prior notice. Refunds, if applicable, will be handled according to the project agreement.
7. Liability
   I am not responsible for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of my services.
8. Agreement
   By engaging my services, you agree to these terms and conditions.
